1、 Description of technical scheme of spray dryer device

C、 Detailed description of equipment supply:
This process consists of five main parts: feeding system, heating system, drying tower system, receiving system, and electrical control system.

(a)、 Feeding system:
The peristaltic pump can evenly deliver the slurry to the atomizer, and the feeding speed can be automatically adjusted. Features: Driven by a brushless DC motor, stable feeding and silent operation. It has the functions of displaying speed and quantitative speed control.
The atomizer is an electric atomizer with a water cooling device, variable frequency control, bearings and other accessories, all of which are well-known domestic brands. The atomization disc has a linear speed of more than 120 meters per second, and the atomization disc is a vertical blade with rectangular channel feeding. It can quickly and uniformly turn the slurry into mist, expand the surface area of particles, and form good heat exchange with clean hot air, causing the moisture to evaporate and vaporize instantly, and be extracted and discharged by the induced draft fan.
(b)、 Heating system:
The drying air entering the tower through the electric heater is filtered by air. The initial and intermediate filters are made of non-woven fabric, mainly to prevent flying insects from entering the tower. The heating process adopts electric heating to complete the heating process, with sufficient heat to meet the heat requirements of the entire system. Heating system inside and outside 304.
(c) Drying room:
The drying chamber is composed of a hot air volute, a hot air distributor, an air disperser, an inner tower body, a tower body skeleton, an outer tower body, a discharge pipeline, insulation materials, an observation and cleaning door, a light hole, etc. The clean air filtered by the air filter enters the hot air volute through the electric heater and hot air duct, and then evenly enters the drying tower through the hot air distributor. The hot air distributor can adjust the rotation angle according to the characteristics of the material to control the residence time of the material. There is one observation cleaning door installed on the cylindrical body of the tower, and the lighting fixtures are installed on both sides of the drying tower door to illuminate the entire tower with sufficient light. The cone of the drying tower is 60 °, equipped with an air hammer vibration mechanism to reduce the adhesion of flying particles to the wall and assist in the cleaning of slightly sticky materials, meeting the convenience of discharge. The skeleton of the drying tower is supported by channel steel and angle steel, the inner tank is made of 2mm stainless steel 304 mirror panel, the outer panel is made of 304 1.5mm plate, the inner tower diameter is Φ 1200, and the straight section height is 1000
(d)、 Material receiving system:
The main feeding system of this equipment is collected by a cyclone separator, and a portion of the fine materials are collected by a secondary cyclone collector. The discharge port is equipped with a manual butterfly valve, and the material is collected by a receiving cylinder
(e) Electric control system:
1. The whole set of spray drying equipment is controlled by the standard control system, and the tower can achieve the following functions:
a、 Stable starting, safe and reliable operation of the motor.
b、 According to the process logic relationship of the entire drying equipment, set up interlocking of various auxiliary equipment and effectively handle abnormal states.

(b)、 The purchaser is responsible for unloading and storing the equipment upon arrival at the site.
(c)、 The equipment required for on-site lifting by the seller during the installation process shall be provided by the buyer. During the installation and commissioning process, the seller shall provide the required electricity, compressed air, liquid materials, and water by the buyer.
(e)、 The purchaser is responsible for connecting the interfaces of water, electricity, gas, materials and other equipment required for the equipment.
